to discuss your project. Mark will give an estimate of the cost and time
involved. He can also estimate the cost of shipping and
installation, if applicable. In some cases, a down payment may be
required to cover cost of materials. For a large project, a contract
may be necessary. |

The process
starts with Mark making drawings or small clay maquettes so you can
visualize how the final sculpture will appear. This is the time to try different ideas, change forms
around, or suggest different materials. Critique the proposed maquettes or
drawings and decide which design you prefer. |

Mark gets to
work. Materials are purchased. Construction begins. Some limited changes
can still be made, but by now most decisions should be resolved. You
are kept up to date with the progress of the work by either visiting the
studio or viewing email photographs. |

At the completion of the
work, it is ready for final approval. The finished sculpture is then
packed for delivery. Upon receipt of your check, it will be delivered.
(The Sculpture Studio does not handle credit cards.) Arrangements
can be made for Mark to do the installation if necessary.
